Born in the UK, and an active member of the Institute of Linguists, I am a trained, professional translator of commercial and industrial texts. I have been a freelance translator for 19 years, covering a wide variety of technical, financial and general subjects.
May 2009. Last year I was delighted to announce that I have been awarded Chartered Linguist status (Translator).
In order to maintain my status as Chartered Linguist I am required annually to supply evidence of my continuing professional development, my continued standards, and my commitment to the profession as a whole. .I have just undergone this procedure and am proud to announce that I have been awarded Chartered Linguist status for the year 2009 - 2010.
